  This New Year must be busiest for a while on Koh Chang. Way more emails from people still trying to find rooms than in the past.

  Couple of kids badly stung by jellyfish off Koh Mak over Christmas off the beach near Lazy Day resort. Nothing too serious though.

  Preparations started at the Klong Prao Event centre (a field) for Koh Chang’s New Year celebrations- run from 30/12-3/1.

  Our 15 guests just starting Xmas dinner now – Thai & seafood for around 2400 Baht total. (Same price as one compulsory gala dinner)

  Trat to have a new Koh Chang themed football team, FC Chang, in the AIS League. The logo will be a white elephant.

  Bangkok Airways Samui- Trat flight cancelled today, rerouted through BKK. An indication of lack of tourists here.
