Koh Chang is mountainous, covered by a virgin tropical rain forest, and offers many beautiful white sandy beaches around the Island. Approximately 85 % of the island is part of the Koh Chang National Park. However, you have many options on Koh Chang – the choice is yours.

If you want to relax on one of the beautiful beaches or enjoy sport activities like snorkeling, scuba-diving, mountain biking, beach volleyball or a sailing trip, you can do all this on Koh Chang.

Many of the hotels and bungalows offer you additional sea-kayak rental or a speedboat to explore Koh Chang from offshore. If you prefer to rent a car or motorcycle to discover the island on your own – enjoy but drive safe. (Walk around the whole island would probably take you 4-6 days).

It is a great experience to see the island from the back of an elephant. There are many elephant camps spread over Koh Chang, which offers different Excursions.
